No service for months-no resolution - Majic Jack Plus

Way too good to be true, I would NOT recommend the Magic Jack! I received the magic jack months ago. It never worked well. It dropped calls often and several minutes during each call would result in me not being able to hear the person I was talking to but they could hear me. Now, it does not work at all. I spent hours with their "chat" customer service, the only thing available, to find out that it is a routing problem that their engineers were going to fix??? I was to check my email??? What a joke, months later, no service, no email, no new device, nothing... Just a scam... I only had a couple of months of use of this phone, over $100.00 stolen by Magic Jack. Don't let this happen to you. The product does not work, there is no phone number to call, and they will NOT make good on the product. ORDER #LGWTC, just in case Magic Jack decides to start caring.
