Worst product - magic jack internet phone

I just bought a Magicjack and it ONLY works sometimes. I dial then it would die and the dial tone comes back. I dial it goes silent then I later learned the call went through but I can't hear the other party. I dial then silence follow and the other part gets the call but he can not hear anything.
* BIG MISTAKE*
WORST product I experienced!!!

Don't buy, Don't believe the ad!!!
