Ebay seller: hardware4u_de, bought advertised motherboard, sent inferior motherboard gen

On the 18/11 I bought on ebay and paid by paypal the item 390101173323. The item by the description should be able to usa a P4Core2Duo.

The item sent was an old motherboard without P4Core2Duo support.

The seller did not refunded the money voluntarlly, nor paid for the return of the item but admited that had sent an incorrect item.

Then he kept creating problems of all sorts with paypal. I ended up loosing my money and the object because paypal ordered the return of the item and 'forgot' to give me back my money because of some dificulty with interpretation of the tracking info (Portuguese language???).
