My name is MSG Stephen Lay retired military after serving 27 years in the U.S. Army Today I was refused the military discount because the cashier said you had stopped the discounts unless you were retire 20 years or more, just the last few days I was given the discounts, and today they said the policy went into effect 2 weeks ago, I find this very frustrating and since i have spent thousands of dollars this past year, I will be taking my business to Lowes or anyone else who will give me the discount. I patronized you quite often, but the time has come to change i guess. Thanks Stephen Lay
