HH Gregg offers you extensive guarantees and certainly will do-nothing to assist you get your Television set or changed. For around 2 weeks today I've had no Television. The fix guy stated Hitachi doesn't create the panel for my 57” Television any more, the so-called guarantee I paid $400 for stated a panel needs fixed. The technician says they can’t repair the panel since its sporadic issues. Named HH Gregg about 6 occasions or even more plus they stated they couldn’t help me. They offered the warranty to a different organization plus they are from the image. After I purchased it and taken care of the warranty I had been informed fresh components for fix or I'd obtain a new Television. I've now been informed when they'd substitute it I'd not obtain the same manufacturer also it wouldn't charge the $2400 I settled, they've to devalue it since its not fresh any more, and that I might end up getting around a $1000 Television however they may send another technician to recheck it out plus they cant provide me-any thought just how long this all will require, and there's virtually no time control! HH Gregg sure really wants to market you the warranty however they can do nothing to back it-up!
