Doesn't stand behind product or warranty

Your 50" Samsung DLP 1080p tv ceased operating since the optics stop continued it. The HH Gregg restoration company stated it'd have a least per month to repair. I named our nearby HH Gregg shop plus they believed to contact GE Guarantee (we'd a-5 year guarantee). I waited 1-hour and fifteen minutes on-hold simply to be informed our guarantee does not protect a "rental" and also to contact HH Gregg Corporate. I named client relationships at HH Gregg Corporate and was informed that I had a need to contact both the GE Guarantee or Samsung which there is nothing they might do (apart from consider my cash for that Television and guarantee, I advised her). I'm so tired of piss poor customer support!!! Warrning to all - don't buy a factor from hh gregg. Atleast sears provides a rental program through lease a middle where they pay you for the rental.
