I purchased a 52" tv along with a fridge at HH Gregg within 8 weeks of every other to get a whole of almost $2000. After eventually getting hired directly that people stay 12 miles from the shipping area about the Television, that was purchased first, we'd to return house (65 kilometers away) and obtain a vehicle and return to the shop to choose it-up. But oh no it was not in the shop, we'd togo completely across Nashville to obtain it in the factory - same using the fridge afterwards. But we obtain the refrigerator house plus one of the followers within the fridge fails. Not a problem given that they informed us we were within their support area. We named, but no, we were not within the support region in the end - sorry his poor - and we'd to contact Sears to correct the lover - $125 on-US having a COMPLETELY NEW REFRIGERATOR! A month later a panel went about the Television. No still not within the support region, even tho we were informed we were, and thus Sears comes again. This time around it cost us over $600 to correct it and obtain a brand new panel. DON'T store with HH Gregg if you don't are prepared to combat a struggle with bad products. It and refrigerator continue to be operating because of Sears. They've needed to return two additional occasions about the Television and today it's cost us twice the price to correct it, but it's an excellent image so we simply do it anyway. Arriving again about the 2nd of July to displace another panel... Grrrr. When they let you know that you're within their support region have it written down normally you'll be CAUGHT having a bad item THAT YOU SIMPLY need to restore!
