Used Open Box Camcorder Sold as New With Missing Items

BestBuy not at all! Bought camcorder for a Christmas gift and thought I was getting a new camcorder but in reality was sold a used one that someone recorded their vacation on the hard drive, not to mention some things were missing from the box. Very upset I took it back to the store and was told that I was given a discount because of an open box. What??? If I was told that the box had been opened I would have never have bought it. Then I was told that if I exchanged it I would have to pay more for the new one. What!!! After much much time on the phone with a representative from BestBuy they did not attempt to help this customer and are making me return to the store for a third time in order to fill out paperwork just to receive a refund which will take longer than I think is acceptable. In short BestBuy is the worst electronics store out there and do not treat their customers fairly.
