Sells used items as new full price

I ordered a giant RC car for $129.00 dollars and when i got i noticed it was not the color i ordered oh well i said same thing i guess well on opening the box it was really beat up and the car was scrathed and had pieces falling off and had screws missing and the contents charger, battery etc were clearly retaped back onto the starfoam so i took a look at the controller and it had dust caked all over it in the corners and the stickers were peeling off and it rattled when you shook it. I mean clearly a used and abused product. Im in the process of contacting them to no avail. But just for future customers STAY AWAY FROM THIS CON STORE!!!
