We are traveling in a motor home. We had a freak wind storm in phoenix and it blew the dish over. Cannot get a signal and have really tried. We had called direc tv and ask to have a service person come out. We were told since we were not at our primary address that they couldn't help us. We have a protection plan. They were aware that we were going to travel and they said that would be no problem. I feel that we are leasing there equipment and that they should be responible for it. We have really had it with there customer service. My bill had always been paid ahead of time. We are now paying for nothing as we have 6 months left on a 2 year contract. We are retired and even travaling we do have a budget. The customer is not there priority.
