Unauthorized charges

I registered for mobile phone support with Run in June. The telephone I selected has got the capacity for hooking-up towards the web. I had been advised I'd need to particularly subscribe to that support to be able to utilize it. I decided to not have that support. Last month I came across a $75 cost on my statement for linking towards the web with my telephone. I named and also the individual I talked to stated that I'd possibly had the telephone in my own bag also it was possibly bumping facing anything causing me for connecting towards the intenet!!! Run stated they'd DOME A BENEFIT and change the cost. They did change the cost but wouldn't acknowledge they had created the error.

I had been just thinking just how many Run client don't understand they've to particularly subscribe to the support so when they instantly possess a $75 cost they're given exactly the same "bag" senario I had been provided.
