Warning! Do not buy from brookstone!

Boo Brookstone! I bought a Roomba iRobot machine for over $300.00. Item went poor, deliver to Brookstone for warranty repair or alternative. Obtained a notice back declaring they mightnot repair it so this is a giftcard. Only issue is they do not bring them any more. And so I cannot get a different one. I expected to get a check in the place of something special card, and so I might buy a roomba straight from iRobot. They stated no method, these were rude and unkind, in the shop degree right up through the guarantee (safety plus) towards the corporate customer support.

I asked them to deliver back my faulty device and so I may deliver it towards the producer for repairs, they said no. Today I can’t purchase one in the shop, however they need me togo invest over $300 together... Not likely to occur.

NOTICE: DoN't purchase from Brookstone, they'll maintain your cash and line you by not standing behind their defective guarantee division!
