I obtained a holiday present bought from Brookstone, through Amazon. After I experimented with return it towards the shop for shop credit the neighborhood shop within the Entrance, Salt Lake Town declined to approach the return declaring that it had been Amazons issue and just Amazon may approach the return. After I returned home and named Brookstone customer support they stated the shop was in mistake, BUT NONETHELESS NEEDED ME TO SHIP THE MERCHANDISE BACK AGAIN TO BROOKSTONE AT MY COST. Brookstone oreder amount is 2101036801011. Account # is: 0125653261. Please let me include I'll NEVER BUY A BROOKSTONE ITEM FROM AMAZON AGAIN and additional may inform everybody I understand the things they can get out of this business model between Amazon and Brookstone whenever they every need to return product.
