I purchased the 15" Brookstone digital body online. I examined the manual online also it was a Brookstone guide. The body that I obtained was a Smartparts body having a Smartsparts guide. This body has various functions the 15" body outlined about the Brookstone site. The quality of the body that I obtained differs. The body that I obtained does *not* have movement devices switching it on/off as outlined and highlighted on the Brookstone site. I've completed item feedback 3 times, however Brookstone does not record my feedback which complains of differences using the item that I obtained versus that which was explained on the site. All-they have is *one* excellent feedback from the employee. Which should have delivered off the notice alarms for me personally, but I respected Brookstone. Which was my error.
