By far the worst customer service I have ever encountered

Electronics and household app.

I have had cellular service through T-mobile for almost 14 months now. I am nearing the end of my original agreement (which I will NOT renew) and I am going to list all the problems I have encountered thus far. Originally I had problems getting service ANYWHERE near or around my house, which at the time of purchase, I was told that area was very well covered.

After two months or so of phone exchanges and LONG phone calls, I was allowed to upgrade (for free) to a phone that I could run of of my wireless internet connection (wi-fi) That phone never regularly linked up with my wi-fi so I routinley missed calls and text messages. Many times I was out of service for so long at home (even with the wi-fi that was supposed to eliminate the problem) I wouldnt recieve ANY calls or text messages.

In the sixth or seventh of my contract, I finally was allowed to upgrade to ANOTHER wi-fi compatible phone which worked for about a month before I started to lose wi-fi connectivity AGAIN and was sent a replacement phone. After I encountered problems again, I was told my SIM card needed to be replaced. So I was referred to a local T-mobile store to retrieve a SIM card.

Everything was fine until two months ago when I started to have the same problems connecting to my wi-fi AGAIN. As with many people my cell phone is my only form of communication, so I missed some very important calls. One such call, my fiance waited several hours at her job because she had no way to get in touch with me WHEN I WAS AT HOME, because yet again T-mobie couldn't provide adequate service AGAIN. As with many I cannot afford the cancellation fee, and T-mobile seems to see no problem with my service coverage. PLEASE do NOT waste your time and $ with these people, my contract cannot expire soon enough.
