Big rip off China

I did buy a imitiation rolex watch from this site and paid good money, after the watch arrived here in america and in only two days the watch fell off my arm in a walmart. I discovered it had lost a screw in one of the links of the band, tried to contact the business and they would never contact me back and there policy is if you take the plastic off the watch it is unretunable. How do you wear a watch with the plastic on. Please be carefull when ordering overseas you will get ripped off. I had to pay almost 100.00 to get this thing repaired. OH also in the description of the watch, it is nothing like the original, BE VERY CAREFULL OF THIS COMPANY
