Bought a watch from sqwatches.com and when I got it I was very happy with the purchase because it looked much better than the advertised picture. A few days later I decided to take it to the local jeweler to have them resize my band for me, and found out that the band was not original Rolex!!! I had him check the movement of the watch and found out that the movement was authentic Rolex at least - just that the band was custom. Very disappointed as I did not expect that the band was aftermarket.

After I called in however, sqwatches noted that I read the description of the watch wrong, and that I paid for a custom instead of an original Rolex band. They offered me a replacement band that's actually Rolex for an additional fee. I guess it made up for the confusion, and I'm very happy with the new band. Just that buyers need to beware and read their descriptions carefully.
