Leo Wentz and Brac Wardlaw operate Candlewick Homes and Michlee Development Corporation, a custom homebuilder in North Texas. They've been trying to sell franchisees at $50k franchise fee to obtain a "homebuilding franchise". What do you get for $50k? Absolutely Nothing!

You could have used the fee for downpayment to buy a property. After paying them, they started to avoid you, they do not take your calls and do not response to your emails anymore.

Now these guys are under federal investigation. I hope they get what they deserve.
