Scam! Ripoff! Bought an "Italian" watch, got a "CHEAP" China watch taht the winding stem fell out as I removed it from the wrapping

I bought an "Italian" watch and when it arrived it was a "cheap" Chinese watch. When removing the watch from the plastic wrapping on the band, the winding stem fell out of the watch. Not even a decent quality Chinese watch. Called TNT-Swiss four times and got the run around from the same guy with four different names. Gave me an address to send the watch back that doesn't exist. Hung up on me twice. I filed complaints with the New York counterfeit task force and the FTC. Probably won't help anybody else, but I tried. $300.00 shot up a wild hogs butt. I did get the address of First China Express from Fedex and faxed everything I had to the above agencies. I made copies of all papers Fedex had before I would give them the money order.
