Misleading Advertisement

Originally wanted a Glam Rock ceramic watch. The original manufacture was sold out. World of watches had almost the same watch with same original price, much cheaper and purchased it. Went to my jeweler who asked me why I was wearing a plastic watch? The work plastic was no wear in the composite description and with the original price the same as the ceramic watch I did not question it. Composites may be made of many materials. I sent it back and offered to pay a restocking fee or some type of penalty, however they would not honor their 100% satisfaction guarantee in spite of the fact they misrepresented the item. They returned it again without any resolution what so ever.
