Harrassment and bad customer service

Me and my partner bought a PC from aarons in july of 08 placing our funds for that 15th of each month and also the first month we received a telephone call stating our cost was overdue it was roughly the fifth of july. We named the shop plus they accepted it had been a payment error and stated there could be no further issues in sept exactly the same problem arose. Lastly following the 3rd or 4th month i approached Sean Hutten who's an area supervisor. He served really sorry stated he'd correct it out wich i thought he eventually did. 30 days approved with no difficulty after which the telephone calls began saying i hadnt created my cost these calls were positioned to might work relatives and buddies. That we might comprehend easily was overdue but i not have been. Nowadays i received a telephone call from my grandma wondering why she was recieving threatining phone stating they desired there pc back. We've never overlooked a cost nowadays may be the 11 of may and my cost isn't due till the 15th. I've approached the homeowners of aarons however it is just a weekend and that I can't reach independence corp or aarons sales and rent by telephone therefore the calls may proceed till mon please enable me I'm in a lack of how to proceed next.
