Rude harrasing calling after hours lying about payment terms

In may I went to aarons with my girlfriend to rent a t. V, paid what was required for the deposit and was told that we had 12 months to pay off the t. V in july we went in and paid half of the t. V off our total was up to $ 900.00 paid we went in ever month till november we missed one payment we called to explain that we would be in to pay twice our payment on the first of december and that is when we had the manger tina calling us or one of her co-workers telling us we had to come in and pay or else there would be trouble the manger kept calling mostly after nine at night and when I checked the number it was her cell phone sometimes we would get calls as late as eleven at night the store closes at eight.

We went in in december to pay and were told that our payment was to be $ 175.00 and that was only good till the third of december and then we would have to pay another $ 150.00 dollars and our payments each month are only $ 118.00 a month in januray we got a letter stating we needed to pay $ 180.00 to be up to date with our payments from late fees, we went in and paid that $ 180.. And just not even four days later we got a letter in the mail saying we need to pay another $ 118.29 by the 15th of this month, so far our total paid is near $ 1,200.00.

We feel that we are being milked for more monies then we are suppose to be paying and it seems aarons is trying to change our payments to fit there needs by extending our payments till next year.
