I ordered a 16g Iphone by sending money via western union. They did not send the phone nor respond to my emails or phone calls

I ordered a 16g Iphone from them by sending money via western Union. A FEDEX label was generated and sent to me via email as confirmation of the shipping of the product.

FEDEX confirmed that there was no shipment delivered to them, instead a true label was generated but never processed.

Tried to contact John and/or Nelson Ortiz of Bronx, New York and Olympia, Washington, but phone was constantly busy and emails were not returned. Googled addresses and addresses came back bogus.

I lost my money.
