I created a scheduled appointment to possess my rugs cleaned with Whiskaway w/d I obtained a discount within the email. I created the visit per week 5 forward early. Our visit was at midday and also the assistant named me five minutes til and stated that their truck smashed down and we'd need to reschedule. I informed her that I'd invested all day shifting my furniture which I desired my carpets cleaned quickly. I inquired if she might see if another technology might come. She named me back and stated that nobody might come until Sunday. It had been apparent that I had been frustrated and he or she provided me a-10% discount. Therefore, Sunday it had been (really occurred nowadays), and that I vacuumed once more and organized. Our 11-month old had a crisis visit in the doctor. At 10:30 and so I named to inform them that I might be considered a little delayed. Exactly the same lady that I talked with 4 times before answered the telephone. She questioned basically want to re schedule again. Obviously not! I have to have my carpets cleaned today. She stated she'd ask them to contact before they arrived. I called again after I got home and informed a guy that may hardly talk language (mention with him twice) that people were house and they might come over. The appt was from 12-2 and at 1:55 I called back. The girl explained that she understood who I had been and they weren't arriving nowadays... It'd nothing related to my leaving. She stated that she was scared to contact and tell me. She stated, "I can not do something, I simply work below." What?! Then they provided 20% down and desired to re schedule again! After studying all of the grievances online, I'm so happy they did not come, but exactly what a pain. Oh, I came across really a good regional organization that's arriving the day.
