Poor Service - No Show

A month before I purchased a pleasant Maytag Dryer and on Christmas Evening, it stopped functioning. No-heat towards the dryer. I named Maytag to get a guarantee support visit plus they planned A&E Factory Support in the future between 12-5 24 hours later. At 12: April the A&E Factory Company Driver named me to express he could be therein 20-30 minutes. 3 Hours later, no appearance and every time I named his quantity back, no solution. At 3:30 I named the A&E Factory Support workplace plus they stated that I had been still about the routine and he ought to be there between 3: thirty and 4:00. At 5:10 PM, I named the A&E Factory Support office again plus some snotty man informs me they did not have occasion for my fix nowadays, so that they have rescheduled me from 1-5 tomorrow. I questioned why no body named me and he explained he did attempt to contact me and my cellphone was active. Active? What he did not understand was the only quantity they've is just a cell phone number with call-waiting and caller-id, so there's no active.
