We possess a Maytag fridge which was on recognition, and so I named Maytag immediate to set up a fix. They put up a romantic date for 5/20/09 between 8:00A.M. The client support representative, Catherine stated that the serviceman had named to express he was overdue. Not the case. Five minutes afterwards, at 12:17 P.M., the serviceperson did contact to express he was working late. (actually?). He explained he'd get to 1:15P.M. At 2:00 P.M., I quit for function, no serviceperson insight, no-call, no apology, no clarification, nevertheless haven't seen from their website.
