Poor customer support

Lately had these men out to my home to repair an issue n / my dryer. They misdiagnosed the issue and certainly will not return the crazy $75 service charge.

In only 3 minutes at my home, the man identified a damaged fan and stated it will be $400 to repair. Alternately, I really could consider my bill for my $75 service-fee to Sears to simply purchase a new one. After pricing fresh cleaners and dryers, I'd another organization come consider the dryer. This person really required a couple of minutes to appear underneath the cover, therefore to express, and discovered a little sock within the engine. Required it out and also the dryer works fine

A&E (AKA Sears, in my opinion) won't return the $75. And here is finished... Had the same problem this past year and also the A&ELIZABETH man that point discovered the issue. Why would not this person have been through the exact same analytical issue? Is Sears attempting to drum up fresh revenue due to their devices?

Incidentally, look around... The 2nd organization I employed was an area company that billed HALF the service-fee!
