I've had Sears out to my house four-times to date to repair my dryer using the same issue. They ultimately stated the issue held occurring since the dryer had the incorrect size drum inside it. So that they ultimately changed the drum. The problem to start with was the following ball inside stored breaking, each time, the exact same issue. Today, what is there justification? It is happening again. It has occurred every single other month. I bought the dryer Jan 20 and also the very first time it smashed was within 2 to 3 weekds. Today they claim they wont substitute it since the guarantee is obsolete. I told them just how can that be if its exactly the same issue each time. Sears Sucks and that I WOn't purchase something from their website again and that I may advise everybody I understand to not buy something from their website both. Even better, I fit in with a with over 5000 people-I intend on publishing this for them likewise.
