I bought an LG dryer in Feb (barely 6wks ago). Needed something guy out y'day since the dryer was creating a horrible rumbling sound after I used it. Evidently the dryer sheets were somehow discovering their way along within the drum of the dryer and getting captured and joining the dryer areas. The service-man explained his dryer had exactly the same issue twice with dryer sheets (in addition to clothes) after which offered me having a $149 fix bill! It had been our problem the dryer smashed - no a producer issue he explained. EVIDENTLY the maker comes with an issue. How on the planet do dryer sheets and clothes avoid the interior of the dryer??? As well as for the service-man to inform me he is had exactly the same problem? I named Homedepot (where I bought the dryer) and was informed they will have had additional clients protest of the exact same issue... Homedepot agreed to separate the price of the fix with me. Homedepot shouldn't result in the fix bill - or must I! I submitted a problem with LG today... Let us notice if they're prepared to remain behind their item!
