Eplacement control panel voluntary recall

The control cell has been voluntarily recalled on dishwasher design SHU43C02UC. I required my alternative cell on 2/13. It is 3/2/09 no panel yet i have been calling bosch at 1 800 944 2904 for 50 minutes this morning they have disconnected me when they could not find my request or A number in the computer. I'm still on-hold for enrice I talked to worker quantity 5510 on 3/2 i also handled belinda jacobs who offered mean invalid several on 2/13. Additionally Increased Hilton in the hot-line on 3/1 and Roz at 1800944 2904 was designed to learn about the standing of my alternative component on 2/17 it had been designed to ship
