Boost $1.00 a day chat plan but DOES NOT deliver what they advertise!

Boost solicited there 1$ a day chat plan which claims unlimited text messaging all day everyday. However, when they did this, there Txt messaging had been down for months nationwide and remained down nationwide for months. I inturn had to use my call minutes for important business which i would have used my Text messaging. I ended up using like 20$ a week when i would have used about 35$ a month if there system was running properly... Many times i called to customer service for issues regarding my TEXT messages. Because people would send me Text messages and i would not recieve them or i would send text messages and they would not recieve them. The whole time i thought it was my phone! Not untill about 3 months of this going on did some one there at there customer service tell about there system being down. And apperently there systems for texting were down for over 4 months! Now they do not want to reinburst me for the money i lost because of there Unethical business practices. This makes me feel like there saying oh well! What can he do about it.in my opinion this is outrages.
