Complete Rip Off, Probably a Fraud

Roommate Express contacts you if you put an ad in the Az Republic. They promise lots of calls right away. I tried them out in January never got a single call. I called them and they said they'd get on it and call me back. That call never came. 6 months later out of the blue they charge my credit card again. I called my credit card to dispute the charge. Whlie talking to them they called Roommate Express who said thier credit people would call me within 2 days. They never called me, so I called them. They said there had never been a message to call me and the credit folks had left for the day. I really believe this outfit is a total fraud, they take your money and never give anything in return. Then when they feel they might get away with it they charge your card again hoping you won't notice. Be smarter tnan me and don't use them.
