Virgin Mobile client for a long time. About 3 months before, my mobile phone support abruptly ceased operating - cannot location calls (get speech mistake messages), cannot get calls. After changing my telephone having a fresh one, it had been decided that there is an issue with my consideration they couldn't determine or solve. I had been informed it'd be set soon. Here we're, three months later, however no support. VM service explained that I really could close my account, start a brand new one, move my stability towards the new account. After I attempted to achieve that nowadays, I had been educated that it mightnot be achieved since there is a "store" on my bill. No body understands why or how to proceed about this.
