Whoa... Verizon wireless has struck an all-time reduced. Had a person who had been processing an insurance state. He simply bought a "new" rim bend 2. Client informs me one hour 5 later he is back in the shop since the telephone stops functioning. The verizon rep discusses the telephone and informs the client to document an insurance state since he's water damage. R u critical? I requested the client has he'd the telephone near any water because he quit the shop. Client claims no, I simply bought the telephone why might i damage it simply to save money cash to get a deductible? Is sensible tome... When I feel the state i confirm info and works out... Verizon did not actually place the insurance about the client's consideration. I inform the client and undoubtedly he is pissed. It is a rim why would not I've insurance? Verifiies with verizon... Who informs him sorry. No insurance, nothing we are able to do. Water damage voids the guarantee. Today he is caught having a telephone he simply bought that does not work. I truly believe verizon offered him a telephone they understood had only a little harm to it currently.

So... Carrying out a state for another client who claims he simply bought his telephone from verizon per month before having a new agreement. Telephone stops functioning. Request the client has telephone been droopped? Any kind of actual or liquid harm? Client claims no. He got it to verizon and he explained verizon representative charged him of falling the telephone. Officially when there is no noticeable harm to the telephone you actually don't have any method of understanding whether it's been decreased. It's in guarantee also it malfunctioned. Why wont they assist the clients? Verizon hates to recognize a person's guarantee. They draw. So happy they're not my provider. Sad. Althought run has their issues also... Therefore my provider is not even close to ideal. But nonetheless much better than verizon in my experience.
