So here is the offer. On December 12th I requested some holiday presents for my spouse online at bestbuy.com. On December 22nd I still hadn't obtained the deals and so I NICELY sent bestbuy and requested them exactly what the problem was. They stated it had been planned for shipping on Dec 24th. And so I thought okay, no problem right? No way inappropriate. Holiday comes with no items. Therefore today I've quite a annoyed spouse. And so I contact bestbuy and have them exactly what the issue is? They inform me they had advantages fall off the bundle towards the USPS which my bundle might consider thirty days to obtain below. And so I got fairly annoyed and sent bestbuy again. THIS woman claims when my bundle did not arrive here by December 30th, they'd deliver me a brand new one-free of cost. Well, allows just state that has not occurred both. Which means this period I named bestbuy AND sent them. I told the woman instead nicely that I still had deals which have not appeared, and what this additional customer support woman explained. This woman continues to obtain unpleasant with me, so when I requested to talk to her supervisor, that Y* woman hung-up on me. And that I still haven't obtained and e-mail or telephone call back. Bestbuy has to possess the toughest customer support I've actually observed in my entire life. I am in america Military so I-donot create greatly cash, so when I visit a company or shop to invest my hard earned money I'd like to become handled with regard. Not throw on and handled awfully like I've with Bestbuy. They're among the many unprofessional businesses I've actually observed in my entire life. I'll never look there again. I WOn't invest my cash on the business that can't maintain their term, handle their clients with regard, or provide their items promptly. Alternatively I'll visit Amazon and utilize them. They're often cheaper, and obtain their deals out and also to the client promptly, and that I HAVEN'T ONCE had an issue together.
