RIP OFF GAME CRAZY Federal Heights

I am writing to report that I spent $195.92 at Game Crazy in Federal Heights CO on 84th and Pecos. I purchased a WII - GUITAR HERO WORLD TOUR GAME not even one week ago and one of the symbols stopped working. I called becuase the receipt stated that I could exchange the merchandise, the representative I spoke with Jovan told me he would not exhange the item (even though my recepit states that) he said I hade to call Activision, which he did not have the number for. He gave me the phone number of the District Mgr. Which has NOT called me back. DONT EVER BUY GAMES AT GAME CRAZY I am now out $200 for nothing
