I purchased a GPS (Garmin nuvi) from BESTBUY in blackfriday offer as online from bestbuy.com them was marketed as fresh, however it was I believe restored. Really it had been a defected device since there is a natural dot about the display. I delivered them exactly the same evening I got it. I introduced it to nearby bestbuy shop, They got it back, however they called the reason behind returning as dublicate.

I've really severe uncertainties this product is likely to be resold again being an open device.

I'll never purchase from bestbuy especially online.

Like A customer, I'm super disoppointed. I needed to purchase my first GPS from bestbuy as garmin, also it was a disoppointment.

They didn't attempt to alter my gps, they explained we shall return you-you can purchase them online again, however the same cost isn't guaranteed.

That Is a really terible method to handle a costumer.
