Fraudulent charges

We named A&E to correct our fridge given that they were outlined about the Whirlpool site. We were informed whenever we planned the visit that there will be a prognosis cost of $65.00. When they do cost $133.00 one hour for work, why-don't they let you know before they are doing the job and just why is not the total amount prorated for that period they really invested?

Whenever you attempt to protest, it's like pulling teeth to obtain a telephone number in the callcenter. They WOn't provide you with the info for that regional office.
