Early Termination

On December 27th I quit by my local Alltel Organization and asked about adjusting my support. The men ask me what I had been seeking to do. I told him I needed to buy a Iphone with this same-day and desired to understand if it had been okay and might there be any extra costs apart from the regular charge. He appeared on his program and explained no, I had been entitled to producing modifications by December 8th. He offered me the info that I have to get new support and that I quit. Subsequently about 4 nights later I get a statement for $433.00 $400 for early termination. After I named the organization and talked with 1 worker subsequently 2 various administrators and let them know what had occurred. The 2nd boss nearly named me a liar that there is no report showing I'd ceased by any Alltel area. I then request another higher-up boss. To begin with had they provided me the right info I'd have this issue. The boss explained I really could make modifications until March. But that I really could update in Decemember of 2008. I informed her if he'd explained that at first I'd have waited until March. No body might spend $400 for firing when they understood it.
