Sold car to us with bad engine

My partner and that I purchased an automobile from AAF/Jorja Trading Inc. That will be exactly the same organization, February 23. A couple of days following the vehicle began creating a rattling sound, I've informed them repeatedly whenever a cost was created about that issue so when we'd to cover a fix of the device address which was torqued on too-tight before we purchased (precise phrases in the technician who changed it at our cost), the noise got worse despite gas improvements on program changing. On Friday May 29th, I had been operating the vehicle house, and found an end lighting and also the vehicle died!!! I had been ready to somehow restart the vehicle and obtain it home. On Monday June 1st, I got it towards the technician and he explained it had been the pole and never to generate it more! I named AAF to inform them about that issue and thus did my spouse, they kept attempting to declare it was our issue and they were never informed about this. We have settled over $3,800 with this vehicle and based on them we still owe $3,781 onto it... We're not likely to purchase an vehicle they've been informed about it since! We're looking for a lawyer to represent us. I've discovered an incident which was submitted in January of the year having a lady who's suing the organization, I'm likely to study what I will about this. I simply feel this is not right that people taken care of something within the purchase agreement to possess this case to become set without our cost being put into it. We need support!
