Defective Product

On 11/4/08 i purchased 4 phones on Costco.com and the link to at & t.com for $ 160.34. The hone # are black berry 8700c was defective. I went to the at & T corporate store in Fairfield, Ca and they said this is a defective phone and to return.

I immediately contacted customer care and tey send me a USPS return service label and returnd on 12/2/08. When i contacted customer care agian they said that my credict card will be credicted and i can purchase another phone. Since 12/2/08 i am trying to resolve this issue and to get another phone but have not being helped.

I would be thankfull if you could replace another phone or could you have i a black berry curve.
