Defective Item Bad customer service Useless RMA = Newegg.com - Western Digital WD Black WD4001FAEX 4TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive

I used to be a loyal customer with Newegg, cause they had great customer service. BUT NOW A DAY EVERYTHING CHANGED!!! I just order a hard drive from them, and when i got the item, it was defective! Then i do the RMA with them, and they said i did some scratch on the label!? I really shock! I used to do computer maintenance with my customer, i know how to treat my hard drive in the right way, while it in my hand there is no drop no hit with anything! Now they said i scratch the label and void the warranty!? NICE MOVE Newegg.com! Really nice! I want to tell everyone watch out for their RMA, if you got your purchase just wish you won't get the defective one! Or you will get a hell of the way to return the item, by the way, you need to pay for the shipping even they send you the defective item, and it's not cheap, my hard drive cost me $15 if i use their UPS shipping.
