Terrible experience

Bad support. Exceptionally hard to plan a consultation. First visit needed me to become house from 11 to 2, arrival-time 5. The repetition explained when the fix didn't function to contact and he'd return with component. Named and created demand, and was informed to hold back per week to get a return visit which repetition could be below with component. He was delivered to the house with no component, since the scheduler didn't place the demand via a supervisor. It's been roughly per month because the first phone and that I do not have any concept when this is fixed when.
