Remote doesn't work, replacements sent 10 days to get here. Without TV, still charging

Initial setup, I had to crawl in my crawl space. Technician had a pot belly so large, he couldn't fit. I'm 6' 240 lbs. I made it.

It took 4 separate calls to technicians because I couldn't get any of the free HBO channels offered.

My remote control did not work. I called and after lengthy troubleshooting, a new one was sent 10 days later. I went without TV. I was told a new remote would be sent overnight. The new remote didn't work either. It took 7 days to get here. Same treatment as the first time. No compensation. The ordeal is frustrating, and I need to get out of this. I cannot tolerate the rudeness, and innability to understand what there saying. The accent is to much to understand.

When I call for assistance, I get a representative from India, or where ever. They are rude, and will not compensate, when not receiving service. I deplore this treatment. I just signed a two year contract, and cannot fathom what is to come next.
