Sony wants $30 for replacement camera software disk

I bought brand new a Sony DSC-H5 still camera I have lost the support disk for my computer. They want to charge me 30.00 dollars for a replacement disk it's not that this is a lot of money because I paid 600.00 dollars for the camera It is the principle. I did not buy it at a pawn shop or a flea market I bought it new. The customer relations told me it is my responsibility to buy a new disk for 30.00 dollars.

I am here to tell you it doesn't cost these morons more that. 30 cents to make me a copy or provide a download link to get the software. I need to operate this product. I think 600.00 dollars is enough to spend I registered this product when I bought it with Sony so they know for a fact it was a new purchase.
