Please watch criticism

I bought my telephone about the 31 of the month making my cost due about the 31 of the month using the exclusion the month doesn't visit 31 times which in turn might create my cost due the final evening of every month but it has not been occurring and my support hasbeen being disconnected about the 28th pleas explain.
