I visited our nearby mall and purchased 2 metro pcs samsung phones required them house anything appeared to be operating right a couple of hours later realized that i couldnt deliver text messeges i bought infinite strategy which includes chat, wording and internet for 45 bucks per month i named customer support and talked with 6 people who same evening plus they disconnected my my support stating that my support was unauthorized 5 or 6 customer support people and 2 nights later and 3 excursions towards the nearby shop my support ultimately returned on I've talked with 5 Administrators and more than 20 customer support representatives who assured me a variety of such things as my telephone could be mounted they'd contact me back they'd look after it professionally i still can't deliver text messeges from my telephone plus they WOn't give me a credit
