Poor service/product - Complaint

I bought a Huewai from metro pcs. From the first month I've had problems. I can'tsend a text at will unless the individual text me first. I can't open MMS period! I've had my number changed several times, @ $5.00 each time, because of repeated and unwanted text & voicemails which the caller doesn't speak english. My phone is touch screen but basic which I was told it was an android upon purchase.[Bakersfield, CA. Wilson & Real Rd][With no help from no one except suggesting to get a new number or upgrade my phone. Both of which cast more money. I purposely filled my sms inbox, yet the text keep coming. Im notified everytime a text come in. Why is it so hard for you to notify the sender that the inbox is full instead of me. And maybe. Just maybe I can catch a break!
