Terrible customer service!

I named Metro PCSis customer support and that I was surprised regarding how bad not just the party using the telephone however the customer support aswell. I'd created a cost on my telephone about 7 days before and was informed that anything was okay, below per week later my telephone is disconnected so when i named to discover why that occurred I acquired perspective not just in the preliminary consultant (who incidentally, I still have no idea his title) towards the supervisor who wound up holding on me. All I understand is the fact that this really is my last month with City Computers, I am returning to Enhance endless, since I NEVER had any kind of issues with them. I really hope this is readable to others so they may start their eyes and find out a waste of cash and period it's to cope with metro pcs...
