Extended service. Not so good

We pay $300 for extended service because they claim that they will tune up our TV every 6 months and they can come to our house after 5pm or on Saturdays.

After six month and we asked for them to come in to tune up our TV. They claim that their policy changed. They can only come to our house on Thursday and Friday from 11am to 3pm only. Forget Saturdays, they don't even work full time.
